Marbling with Natural Dye Inks (7)

I've developed some inks, not paints, from natural dyes and use them in conjunction with my dyeing.
  • Tannins treated with iron: cutch, wattle, myrobalan, pomegranate
  • Silk scarf dyed with fresh indigo and marbled with cutch.
  • Silk scarf marbled with cutch and wattle, then dyed in Brazilwood, then treated in iron.
  • Silk scarf marbled with cutch, wattle, and myrobalan, then dyed in goldenrod and dipped in iron.
