Learn proper techniques for sewing with handwovens to make your garment wearable and long lasting.  Techniques will be explained, demonstrated and we will actually make some samples for you to refer to after class is over.   Specifically we will learn about: layout, seams and seam finishes, interfacing, ironing, grading, understitching, alternative facings, appropriate hems and hemlines, reducing bulk, attaching buttons and handsewing techniques.
