Bhakti Ziek, who has been weaving for almost fifty years, says she can return to almost any aspect of the discipline and find herself a beginner again. For her, weaving is a constantly unfolding series of possibilities and she is the perpetual student. She considers her studies, her samples, as her best work, and she will bring some along for you to see. For this lecture she will discuss her work that is self-referential to weaving, including her recent Lexicon series.
