Ready for an introduction to wet felting? Participants will learn felting basics in this multiweek - layout, felting, fulling, shaping where appropriate. Week 1 - flat felt or small card pouch Week 2 - small vessel Week 3 - small bag Week 4 - felt flower Students will learn basic wet felting techniques for flat and 3D pieces and have a chance to explore simple design ideas using various embellishing materials. We will use different types of wool as well.

Teacher supplied materials: wool, templates, design materials, washboards, soap, basins, stuffing, sushi mats, bubble wrap
Students should bring: towel, sponge, scissors, tape measure, pen and paper
