Hat on a Ball

This is a relatively quick and simple way of making a cloche, beret or flared brim style felt hat. Students will style felt hat. Students will learn how to manipulate the material and to understand the process and how it works.

Level: All Levels

Instructor will supply: wool, design elements, washboards, basins, hat blocks

Materials Fee: $25 

Students should bring: 3 pair panty hose queen size, 2 towels, scissors, tape measure
