The Spinning Study Group's purpose is to share the joy of handspinning. We welcome anyone from the professional spinner to those who are just beginning - all share a love of learning. Monthly meetings cover a range of topics, including different techniques of hand spinning and fiber processing, how to use handspinning tools, and other topics as determined by the group.
November's meeting will feature a demo of making fat singles, led by Lenora Shepherd.
This is not a learn-to-spin group, but we welcome those new to spinning to come a half-hour early to get acquainted and request some help.
