Weaving on a Clay Frame Loom

Wonder how to use up your stash yarn for another project? Combine weaving on unique clay frame for a wall hanging. Begin weaving a plain weave on a clay frame. You can embellish it with jewelry, buttons, fancy hand spun yarn, or any other item to make a creative piece. You will be able to select your own clay frame at the beginning of the class and bring your own different texture yarns to create your wall hanging. Some extra yarns will be available at no cost. 

Level: Beginning

Materials Fee:  $35.00 for Clay frames which range in various small sizes and shapes- usually rectangle or square

Students should bring: Various color of yarns that will blend together, scissors, tapestry needle, small crochet hook, jewelry , buttons, or any other small embellishments

Registration: Members $100, Non-members $120
