Beautiful felted pillow covers

Make a number of smaller felted pieces to (or slightly larger piece) to make a unique pillow cover for that special place that needs a punch of color or zing. If you have a pillow in mind being it for a making a pattern. the pillow top will be three layers, a prefelt, one layer of wool and a decorative nuno felt layer. We will also investigate adding embroidery on the top! A demo will be provided for making a completed pillow top as the fabric you make will probably be too wet to sew on.

Materials Fee:  $20.00 for felting kit of nuno felt, wool and nuno felt fabrics, bubble wrap

Students should bring: apron, towels, size of pillow to make (any pillow greater than 20" x 20" may require extra fees),
