Good things about crochet - it only uses one needle and it's easier to rip out mistakes than knitting! Seriously, you can make wonderful items with crochet - scarves, hats, sweaters, shawls, placemats, bags (the picture here is a former student's bag) and crochet can used to embellish other fabrics, including knitting. In this class you will learn all the crochet stitches you'll need to know, and how to read patterns. You'll leave ready to tackle projects - just like Mary did when she made the bag. She'll be on hand to help you learn, too.
