This class will teach students how to interpret the forms of birds and how to apply those skills to making realistic, needle-felted bird sculptures.
In this installment of Beginning Bird-making we will be making Blue-gray Gnatcatchers, a small summer bird often unseen as it flits through the tree tops. This bird sports beautiful bluish-gray feathers across it's back and head. This bird is ideal for learning how to deal with black and white tail feathers, as well as some more detailed wings and facial features.
