Have you been interested in how a drum carder works? Do you have a drum carder and are just not sure how to get started? This is the class for you. We will go over the use and care of your drum carder as well as some different ways to get great looking batts. There will be several drum carders available to use, but if you have your own, please bring it. 

Level: Beginner

Instructor: Beth Sellars (Read Beth's bio)

Members: $50

Non-members: $60

Materials Fee: $25 dollars (to be collected day of event)

Materials provided by instructor: 6 ounces of mixed wool tops, silks, alpaca, mohair, firestar, angelina

What to bring/how to dress: your personal drum carder if you have one.  Don't wear loose clothing or dangling jewelry.  Pull long hair back off of face.
