If you aren't comfortable dressing a rigid heddle loom by yourself, this is a class for you. We will cover warping the loom directly and using a warp cut on a warping board. There will be lots of tips on how to make this process as efficient as possible plus suggestions on yarns to use or avoid. While this class is intended to help anyone taking the Saturday class on rigid heddle weaving, you do not have to take that class as well.

Level: Beginner

Members: $50

Non members: $60

Instructor: Sue Helmken (Read Sue's bio)

Materials fee: optional yarn fee $10, optional loom rental fee $15 (to be collected day of class)

Materials supplied by teacher: printed instructions, optional yarn, optional loom/shuttle/sleying hook rental

Materials students should bring: warp yarn, loom with rigid heddle, sleying hook, shuttle, scissors
