Felt a Picture on Linen or Cotton and Frame it!

Take your needle felting in a new direction. Felt the design that you choose on a linen or cotton background, then frame it in a 6" embroidery hoop. Ready to hang. With this experience you may see possibilities for felting on your jacket or any natural fiber, ready made clothing. A kit will be provided which includes a design that you choose, ( I have 2 types of birds, 2 types of butterflies and 2 types of mushrooms) a foam felting surface, needles, linen or cotton square, wool in several colors and a wooden hoop for the finished piece.

Age Range: Adults

Members: $50

Non-Members: $60

Materials fee: $20 cash, venmo, or card (collected at time of workshop)

Students should bring:  If you have a pictire of a flower, bird or anything that will fit in a 6" circle, please print it out and send me a picture (ladyhawkmax@gmail.com) that way I can customize your kit.
