Annual Meeting Part II: The Celebration

At the business side of our Annual Meeting in March, we took care of the votes and the paperwork. Now it's time for the fun part. Annual Meeting Part II is a relaxed, member-centered celebration — a chance to eat, laugh, win a raffle, and spend an evening with the community you've helped build.

Here's how the evening will flow:

• 4:30–5:15pm | Gathering + Potluck — Drop in, fill a plate, and settle in. Our Membership Committee will be on hand at the Cozy Corner to welcome new members and answer questions.
• 5:15pm | Welcome + First Raffle — Peggy and Gail will kick off the program and draw the first raffle ticket.
• 5:15–5:30pm | Meet Local Cloth — Courtney will share a quick tour of what we do, who we are, and what's ahead. Second raffle drawing follows.
• Local Cloth Bingo!  — A lighthearted way to meet more members. The first completed card wins a free class.
• Closing — Gail closes us out, with a warm re-invitation to join the Waterline Project.
